Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Act on the Aging. Expands the Department on Aging's Long Term Care Ombudsman Program to include advocacy services for residents of community-integrated living arrangements. Makes changes to provisions concerning access and visitation rights. Defines "community-integrated living arrangements". Effective immediately.
