Bill Title: Amends the Workers' Compensation Act. Provides that an employee shall reimburse the employer for the actual costs incurred by the employer for an independent medical examination if the employee has notice of the examination appointment, does not attend the examination, and does not cancel the examination appointment in a timely manner.
