Bill Title: Amends the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity shall provide on its website a central repository for new and existing businesses with specified business-related content. Provides that when submitting applications for tax credits administered by the Department, applicants may choose to allow the Department to share their contact information on the central repository. Provides for the adoption of rules.
