Bill Title: Amends the School Code. Provides that for the purpose of receiving federal funds under the Schools and Libraries Program of the Universal Service Fund, a preschool or early childhood education center with an enrollment of 100 or more pupils shall be deemed an elementary school. Effective immediately.
