Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Human Rights Act. In the definition of "disability", deletes language providing that discrimination based on disability includes unlawful discrimination against an individual because of the individual's association with a person with a disability. Provides that "disability" includes a person's association or relationship with a person with a characteristic of disability. Effective immediately.
