Bill Title: Amends the School Boards Article of the School Code. Provides that in certain school districts with boundaries that lie in 3 counties, the school board may appoint a chief executive officer to serve as its superintendent. Provides that the chief executive officer shall have all powers and duties of the superintendent. Makes corresponding changes.
