Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. Provides for an income tax deduction in an amount equal to the amount included in the taxpayer's federal adjusted gross income for the taxable year from the taxpayer's service as a full-time law enforcement officer in the State or a full-time firefighter in the State during the taxable year. Effective immediately.
