Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Forestry Development Act. With regard to the membership of the Illinois Forestry Development Council, provides that 4 members representing the leaders of the General Assembly (rather than 4 members of the General Assembly) shall be appointed to the Council. Effective immediately.
