Bill Title: Amends the Prizes and Gifts Act. Changes the short title of the Act to the Sweepstakes, Prizes, and Gifts Act. Provides that it is unlawful for a person to operate more than 10 electronic product promotion sweepstakes kiosks on any premises at one time. Includes restrictions on electronic product promotion sweepstakes kiosks. Establishes distributor and operator licenses for electronic promotion sweepstakes kiosks. Provides fees imposed by the Department of Revenue on each kiosk in operation. Makes conforming changes in the Criminal Code of 2012 and the Video Gaming Act. Effective immediately.
