Bill Title: Amends the Recyclable Metal Purchase Registration Law. In a provision requiring recyclable metal dealers to enter certain information into an electronic record-keeping system for each purchase of recyclable metal or recyclable metal containing copper, requires recyclable metal dealers to provide a description of the recyclable metal purchased including its weight to the nearest tenth of a pound. Effective January 1, 2021.
