Bill Title: Amends the School Code and the Critical Health Problems and Comprehensive Health Education Act. Beginning with the 2024-2025 school year, provides that in every State-required health course for grades 9 through 12, a school district shall provide instruction, study, and discussion on the dangers of fentanyl. Sets forth requirements for the instruction, study, and discussion, and requires students to be assessed on the instruction.
