Bill Title: Creates the Movable Soccer Goal Safety Act. Provides that a person, in setting up a movable soccer goal for use, must follow all applicable guidelines for anchoring, securing, and counterweighting the movable soccer goal that are set forth in "Guidelines for Movable Soccer Goal Safety", published by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. Provides that a violation of the Act is a petty offense for which a fine not to exceed $500 may be imposed.
