Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Requires the completion of a human trafficking prevention course approved by the Secretary of State before the issuance or renewal of a commercial driver's license. Provides that the Secretary shall establish guidelines for training standards and make available a list of approved training courses.
