Bill Title: Amends the Counties Code. Provides that on the court's own motion or an interested person's petition alleging that the State's Attorney has an actual conflict of interest in the cause or proceeding, the court shall grant a hearing (currently, may grant a hearing if necessary) to determine whether the State's Attorney has an actual conflict.
