Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that a multifunction school activity bus may be used by a driver who holds a valid Class D driver's license for any curriculum-related activity, except for transportation on regular bus routes from home to school or from school to home, if the school district does not have a full-time employee who holds a school bus driver permit. Effective immediately.
