Bill Title: Amends the State finance Act. Provides that moneys in the Road Fund may be allocated to and used by the Illinois State Police for the purposes of the Division of Patrol Operations and to fund the patrolling of Illinois public highways and expressways by the Illinois State Police. Makes conforming and other changes.
