Bill Title: Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides an award of sentence credit under specified provisions for credit earned prior to or after the effective date of the amendatory Act, provided that the award of the credit shall not reduce the sentence of the prisoner more than 5 years. Provides that a person serving a term of natural life imprisonment may not earn sentencing credit under the amendatory provisions.
