Bill Title: Amends the Property Tax Code, the Counties Code, and the Clerks of the Courts Act. Provides that assessors, county treasurers, coroners, sheriffs, recorders of deeds, clerks of the circuit court, and other county officers whose terms of office begin on or after the effective date of the amendatory Act shall not receive a stipend. Effective immediately.
