Bill Title: Amends the Unemployment Insurance Act. Provides that, with respect to any week beginning prior to January 1, 2011, an individual's weekly benefit amount shall be an amount equal to the weekly benefit amount as defined at the time of the effective date of this amendatory Act. Deletes or changes numerous provisions relating to benefit amounts, dependents' allowances, and benefit charges. Changes definitions. Makes other changes. Effective immediately.
