Bill Title: Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. Provides that no person shall sell, attempt to sell, or offer to sell to a consumer in this State a gas stove that is manufactured on or after January 1, 2024 unless a label on the gas stove bears a specified warning message. Provides that a person who violates the new provisions commits an unlawful practice within the meaning of the Act. Defines "gas stove".
