Bill Title: Amends the Election Code. Creates the Digital Petition Task Force. Provides that the Task Force shall explore what is required to modernize the petition process and allow voters to digitally sign and submit petitions for candidates. Provides that the Task Force may seek assistance from the Department of Innovation and Technology. Provides that the Task Force shall submit its recommendations to the General Assembly on or before December 31, 2020. Dissolves the Task Force on January 1, 2022.
