Bill Title: Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that motor fuel is exempt from taxation under those Acts. Amends the Motor Fuel Tax Law. Provides that the rate of tax under that Act shall be (i) 36 cents per gallon for diesel (currently 21.5 cents per gallon) and 35 cents per gallon for other motor fuel (currently, 19 cents per gallon). Provides that certain amounts shall be transferred from the Motor Fuel Tax Fund to the General Revenue Fund.
