Bill Title: Reinserts the provisions of the engrossed bill with the following changes: Provides that the notice shall be posted in one or more conspicuous places accessible to all laborers, workers, and mechanics at a job site (rather than the premises where work is being performed). Provides that one copy of the notice at a job site shall satisfy the notice requirement for the primary contractor and all subcontractors. Effective July 1, 2023.
