Bill Title: Amends the State Finance Act. Creates the Mobile Veteran's Unit Fund as a special fund in the State treasury. Provides that moneys in the Fund shall be used by the Department of Veterans' Affairs for the purpose of making grants provided under Section 36 of the Department of Veterans Affairs Act. Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act to create a tax checkoff for the Mobile Veteran's Unit Fund. Effective immediately.
