Bill Title: Amends the Freedom of Information Act. Provides that except as otherwise provided in the Act, the public body shall apply the Act in a uniform manner, regardless of who requests to inspect or copy a public record. Provides that all fees charged by a public body shall be according to a fee schedule that is part of a public record of the body. Effective immediately.
