Bill Title: Amends the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act. Provides that the Director of the Illinois State Police shall revoke and the Illinois State Police shall seize the Firearm Owner's Identification Card of a person against whom has been issued: (1) an order of protection; (2) a civil no contact order; or a (3) a stalking no contact order.
