Bill Title: Amends the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act. Provides that applicants for a Qualification Based Selection Act contract that includes on-site construction-related activities are not required to participate in apprenticeship or training program approved by the United States Department of Labor for those on-site construction activities. Effective immediately.
