Bill Title: Amends the Business Corporation Act of 1983 and the Limited Liability Company Act. Provides for a reduction in initial filing fees and a reduction in annual fees for the first 2 years of the filer's existence. Amends the Uniform Partnership Act (1997) to reduce the fee for filing a statement of qualification for a limited liability partnership.
