Bill Title: Amends the Juvenile Court Act of 1987. Deletes language authorizing the filing of a petition under the Act by any adult person, by any agency or association by its representative, or by the State's Attorney at the direction of the court on its own motion, consistent with the health, safety, and best interests of the minor. Provides that the State's Attorney may file a petition alleging that a minor is abused, neglected, or dependent.
