Bill Title: Amends the evidence-based funding formula provisions of the School Code to make changes concerning the employee benefit investments calculation and the Adjusted Base Funding Minimum calculation in relation to the employer normal cost of teacher pensions and the Base Funding Minimum calculation in relation to excess State payments. Amends the Downstate and Chicago Teacher Articles of the Illinois Pension Code to make related changes. Effective immediately.
