Bill Title: Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that as a condition of parole or mandatory supervised release, a person placed on parole or mandatory supervised release must reside within the county where the subject resided immediately prior to his or her commitment to the Department of Corrections. Provides that upon release of a person on parole or mandatory supervised release, the Department of Corrections shall release the person only to an address located in the county where the subject resided immediately prior to his or her commitment to the Department.
