Bill Title: Creates the Emergency Services Response Reimbursement for Criminal Convictions Act. Provides that a person convicted of arson, aggravated arson, residential arson, or place of worship arson, in addition to any other sentence imposed, shall be ordered by the court to reimburse the local emergency response department for the costs of responding to the fire that the offender was convicted of setting. Provides that each emergency response department responding to the fire described shall be eligible for reimbursement. Provides that reimbursement shall be based upon the actual cost to the department of the resources used, including but not limited to personnel and equipment, but shall be deemed to be not less than $1,000 nor more than $10,000 per department. Amends the Unified Code of Corrections to make conforming changes. Effective immediately.
