Bill Title: Creates the Human Trafficking Resource Center Notice Act. Provides that specified businesses and establishments shall post in a conspicuous place a notice informing the public of the availability of the National Human Trafficking Resource Center. Contains provisions regarding the form and substance of the notice. Directs the Department of Human Services to develop and post on its website a model notice. Provides that a business or establishment that fails to comply with the requirements of the Act is liable for a civil penalty of $500 for a first offense and $1,000 for each subsequent offense.
