Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that any municipality with under 15,000 inhabitants must allow persons with a valid driver's license to operate an electric vehicle on roadways under the municipality's jurisdiction. Provides that a municipality may impose a reasonable fee for registering electric vehicles.
