Bill Title: Creates the Statewide Relocation Towing Licensure Commission Act of 2019. Creates the Statewide Relocation Towing Licensure Commission. Provides membership and meeting requirements for the Commission. Provides that the Commission shall submit a report to the Governor no later than December 31, 2020. Provides that the report shall include, but is not limited to: (1) an evaluation of the current towing laws in this State; (2) a recommendation for an appropriate towing licensure program for this State; (3) a review of all potential litigation costs for an owner of an impounded vehicle, a towing company, and a county or municipality; and (4) any other matters the Commission deems necessary. Repeals the Act on January 1, 2022. Effective immediately.
