Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the offense of operation of uninsured motor vehicle causing bodily harm occurs when a person operates a motor vehicle in violation of the mandatory liability insurance provision of the Code and causes bodily harm to another person that was the proximate result of the driver's operation of the motor vehicle. Provides that the offense of operation of uninsured motor vehicle causing bodily harm is a Class A misdemeanor. Provides that the amendatory Act may be referred to as the Michael Dean Law.
