Bill Title: Appropriates $12,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the State Board of Education for the textbook block grant program, which provides secular textbooks listed for use by the State Board of Education free of charge to any student in the State who is enrolled in any of grades kindergarten through 12 at a public school or at a State-recognized non-public school. Effective July 1, 2013.
