Bill Title: Amends the Smoke Free Illinois Act. In the provision concerning exemptions, includes gaming facilities licensed under the Riverboat Gambling Act, if smoking is not banned in gaming facilities located in the nearest neighboring state. Provides that the exemption shall no longer apply to a gaming facility on and after the date that smoking is banned in gaming facilities located in the nearest neighboring state. Effective immediately.
