Bill Title: Creates the Brownfields Redevelopment and Intermodal Promotion Act. Provides that the incremental income tax attributable to a new employee of an individual, partnership, corporation, or other entity that is employed within the South Suburban Intermodal Redevelopment Zone shall be deposited into the South Suburban Intermodal Redevelopment Zone Fund. Sets forth the boundaries of the South Suburban Intermodal Redevelopment Zone. Provides that moneys in the South Suburban Intermodal Redevelopment Zone Fund shall be used to fund eligible projects within the South Suburban Intermodal Redevelopment Zone. Sets forth limits on expenditures from the South Suburban Intermodal Redevelopment Zone Fund. Contains other provisions. Amends the State Finance Act to create the South Suburban Intermodal Redevelopment Zone Fund as a special fund. Effective immediately.
