Bill Title: Amends the State Finance Act. Provides that no salary or per diem shall be paid to a member of a State board or commission that meets part-time. Defines "part-time". Provides that a member of a State board or commission may, however, be reimbursed for actual travel and other expenses as authorized by law. Effective July 1, 2017.
