Bill Title: Amends the Property Tax Code. Provides that if the Department of Revenue determines that any property has been unlawfully exempted from taxation for any year prior to the current assessment year, then that property is considered to be omitted property and may be assessed as set forth under certain provisions of the Code. Effective immediately.
