Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. In provisions concerning the child care assistance program, provides that beginning in State Fiscal Year 2023, the specified income threshold shall be no less than 250% of the then-current federal poverty level for each family size and eligible families shall receive another 12-month eligibility period at the time of redetermination. Effective immediately.
