Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that an instruction permit or driver's license issued to a person under the age of 18 years shall, as a matter of law, be invalid for the operation of any motor vehicle from 10:30 p.m. (rather than 11:00 p.m.) until 6:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday of each week.
