Bill Title: Amends the Code of Civil Procedure. Increases the allowable amount of an estate of homestead property used as a residence from $15,000 to $30,000 for an individual and from $30,000 to $60,000 for 2 or more individuals, except that for an individual 65 years of age or older the allowable amount of an estate of homestead property used as a residence increases from $15,000 to $45,000.
