Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that a person is guilty of a Class 1 felony if the person commits a violation of driving under the influence and the person, in committing the offense, was involved in a motor vehicle, snowmobile, all-terrain vehicle, or watercraft accident that resulted in the death of another person, the violation was a proximate cause of the death and the offense was committed in a school zone. Provides that the person shall be sentenced to a term of imprisonment of not less than 4 years and not more than 20 years.
