Bill Title: Amends the Children with Disabilities Article of the School Code. Beginning with the 2023-2024 school year, requires a school district to provide informational material about the Achieving a Better Life Experience (ABLE) account program to the parent or guardian of a student at the student's annual individualized education program review meeting. Requires the Office of the State Treasurer to prepare and deliver the informational material to the State Board of Education, and provides that the State Board of Education shall distribute the informational material to school districts. Effective immediately.
