Bill Title: Amends the Property Tax Extension Limitation Law in the Property Tax Code. Provides that the definition of aggregate extension does not include extensions made for the purpose of paying judgments entered in Bachman v. Meyer, et al., No. 07 L 17, and Bachman v. Winnebago County Sheriff Richard Meyers, et al., No. 2007 L 16, both in the Circuit Court of the 17th Judicial Circuit, Winnebago County, Illinois. Effective immediately.
