Bill Title: Amends the Vital Records Act. Provides that the Department of Public Health shall issue a certificate of birth with the identity of the attending physician redacted upon request by: the person named on the certificate of birth, if the person is 18 years of age or older; a parent of the person named on the certificate of birth; the legal representative of the person named on the certificate of birth; or an attorney at law authorized in writing by the person named on the certificate of birth. Effective 120 days after becoming law.
