Bill Title: Amends the Health Maintenance Organization Act to include in the definition of "provider" facilities and long-term care facilities as those terms are defined in the Nursing Home Care Act. Amends the Managed Care Reform and Patient Rights Act to include in the definition of "health care provider" long-term care facilities as defined in the Nursing Home Care Act. Effective immediately.
