Bill Title: Amends the Fish and Aquatic Life Code. Provides that, for a resident who is serving in the Illinois National Guard, the 1-year fishing license fees are one-half of the ordinarily applicable 1-year fishing license fees beginning in license year 2025. Amends the Wildlife Code. Provides that, for a resident who is serving in the Illinois National Guard, the 1-year hunting license fees are one-half of the ordinarily applicable 1-year hunting license fees beginning in license year 2025. Effective immediately.
